All orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and unforeseen delays (strikes, weather, lockdowns, etc.).
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To request cancellation (before shipping), please contact us immediately at info@wilful.in with your order details.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are perishable food items, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund policy after delivery.
However, in rare cases where:
You receive a damaged or defective product,
You receive the wrong product, or
The product delivered is expired,
you may raise a complaint by writing to us at info@wilful.in within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photo/video proof.
Our customer support team will verify the issue and coordinate with the concerned team. Based on the assessment, we may offer:
A replacement of the product, or
A refund, at our sole discretion.
Please note:
Products without valid proof of damage/defect will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
